Fatinah Hayat:

Fatinah attended the summer intensive in NY with Elena Lentini. She performs with Safira's group and speaks and demonstrates dance to community groups. She's danced in scenes for Derby Community Theatre. She sings, and plays mountain dulcimer and clarinet.

Zahavah Noor:

When not dancing, Zahavah is a public relations consultant, and lets the media know when we are up to something! When not writing and editing, she performs not only cabaret-style Middle Eastern dance, but also many types of folkloric dance, including guedra, ghawazee and debke. In June, 2008, she attended Egyptian dance classes in Cairo. In February, 2010, she received the Al Massraweya dance/study certification from Faten Salama. She is also our accredited yoga instructor.
